Diana Rahman is an ICF ACC-certified coach, ACTA/ACLP-certified corporate trainer corporate trainer, and accomplished professional with more than 25 years of experience in people development.
She began her career in banking, spending 6 years in a credit card centre, where she gained first-hand experience in client relations, service, and operations. This foundation gave her a deep understanding of workplace demands, communication challenges, and the resilience needed to thrive under pressure.
For the past two decades, Diana has dedicated herself to training and coaching leaders and teams. She specializes in interpersonal communication, public speaking, conflict management, stress management, resilience, critical thinking, and mental agility.
