Dr. Daniel Tan is an award-winning entrepreneur, corporate trainer and adjunct lecturer with extensive experience in leadership development, communication, sales, and professional capability building. He is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Click Colours Singapore, where he leads corporate training initiatives built on the Click Colours® proprietary framework, integrating behavioural science, applied psychology, and real-world business practice.
With over 20 years of senior leadership and facilitation experience, Daniel has trained professionals across industries, working with executives, managers, and emerging leaders in both public and private sectors. His training philosophy is grounded in practical relevance—bridging theory and application to deliver learning that translates into measurable workplace impact. He is actively involved in WSQ-accredited programs and adult learning initiatives, and is recognised for his engaging, learner-centred facilitation style.
Daniel’s practitioner credibility is anchored in a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and senior financial services leader. As CEO and Co-Founder of Let’s Go Tour Singapore, he successfully built and scaled a nationally recognised enterprise, earning multiple industry awards including the Singapore Tourism Board’s Tour Experience of the Year and TripAdvisor’s Hall of Fame. In financial services, he led high-performing advisory teams and personally advised over 1,000 clients on financial, retirement, and estate planning.
Academically, Daniel holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, with concentrations in leadership, consumer behaviour, and artificial intelligence. He is an Adjunct Lecturer with tertiary institutions in Singapore and has published book chapters and journal articles on AI, trust, and professional decision-making.
