    • Synchronise your verbal, vocal, and visual delivery
    • The science of message alignment: what audiences notice first
    • Using body language with intention: posture, gestures, eye contact
    • Voice techniques for confidence: pace, tone, emphasis
    • Activity: Micro-delivery drill — synchronising voice, words, and stance

    MODULE 2 : Psychology
    • Understand what influences your audience’s attention and decision-making
    • How adults learn and process information
    • Tailoring your message to different audience types
    • Cognitive hooks: how to make your content “sticky”
    • Activity: Audience Profiling Sprint — reshaping the same message for 3 audience types

    MODULE 3 : Engagement & Alignment
    • Create interaction and align your message to your objective
    • Engagement techniques: questions, polls, short activities
    • Turning passive listeners into active participants
    • Slide design basics: colours, fonts, and simple data visuals
    • Aligning your key message with organisational goals
    • Activity: Message Makeover — redesigning a slide using SPEAKS© principles

    MODULE 4 : Knee-Jerk Situations & Storytelling
    • Stay composed and communicate with confidence, even under pressure
    • Handling difficult questions: staying calm and structured
    • Managing interruptions or technical mishaps
    • Storytelling essentials: using simple structures that influence and inspire
    • Weaving data into stories so they remain relatable
    • Activity: The 60-Second Story Challenge — crafting and delivering a mini-story on the spot
    • Personal Action Plan: three techniques to apply immediately
