Many professionals have experimented with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, but struggle to translate those experiments into consistent, reliable results at work. This one-day workshop is designed to bridge that gap.

This workshop transitions participants from being "doers" of manual tasks to becoming the Editor-in-Chief of their own AI-augmented workflows. Through the 3C Thinking Model and the Sandwich Principle (Human-AI-Human), participants will learn how to integrate AI naturally into their existing workflows, improving clarity, saving time, and reducing rework.

    Course Pre-Requisites
    • No software installation is required.
    • Participants are encouraged to have a Gmail account.
    • Please bring a laptop with internet access for the hands-on exercises.
    Objective
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
    • Shift their mindset from treating AI as a search tool to using it as a thinking and drafting assistant
    • Apply the 3C method (Clarity, Context, Continuation) to get more reliable AI outputs
    • Use the Sandwich Principle to maintain accuracy, tone, and accountability
    • Build a set of reusable prompts and a simple workflow tailored to their role
    • Identify where AI can realistically save time and improve work quality
    Outline
Part I. Reframing AI for Everyday Work
    • Understanding what AI is good at and where human judgment is still essential
    • Common mistakes professionals make when using AI at work
    • Activity: Comparing vague instructions vs well-framed requests

Outcome: Participants understand how to brief AI clearly instead of hoping for
    good answers.

Part II. Getting Better Outputs with the 3C Method
    • Clarity: Defining what you want and what a ‘good outcome’ looks like
    • Context: Providing background, audience, and constraints
    • Continuation: Refining outputs through follow-up instructions
    • Quality checks: How to review, validate, and correct AI-generated content

Outcome: Participants learn a simple, repeatable way to improve AI responses without technical skills.

    Part III. Human–AI–Human Workflows
    • The Human–AI–Human approach: where to involve AI and where humans add the most value
    • Applying AI to common workplace tasks like:
      • Emails and stakeholder communication
      • Meeting summaries and reports
      • Long documents and presentation outlines
    • Managing tone, accuracy, and professional responsibility

Outcome: Participants learn how to integrate AI into real work processes safely.

Part IV. The Workflow Team Challenge
    • Group brainstorm to identify repetitive, high-effort tasks in their actual work
    • Break the task into simple steps where AI can assist
    • Design a basic workflow using prompts
    • Test and refine the workflow using real tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot)

Outcome: Each participant or group leaves with a usable AI-supported workflow.

Conclusion – From Learning to Application
    • Group sharing of workflows and practical use cases
    • Reflection on how participants can apply AI responsibly in their roles
    • Next steps for building confidence and consistency with AI at work
    Who should attend
Corporate professionals, managers, team leads, and support functions who:
    • Have basic exposure to AI tools but are unsure how to apply them effectively at work
    • Want practical, low-risk ways to use AI for communication, analysis, and documentation
    • Are responsible for quality, accuracy, and professional judgment in their outputs
    Methodology
This workshop is highly interactive and practical. Participants will engage in live demonstrations, hands-on exercises, small group discussions, and a structured team challenge. The learning approach emphasises application over theory, enabling participants to immediately test and refine AI-supported workflows using real workplace scenarios.
    Testimonial
"My biggest concern before the training was that AI would produce generic content and dilute the personal, human touch that matters in my work. Charlene helped me see that with the right prompting framework, AI can actually support better clarity and productivity while still maintaining my voice and style of writing. I would definitely recommend this to other financial planners because it’s practical, structured, and immediately applicable." - Lily Fung, Financial Advisory Manager

“I’ve long been interested in how AI could streamline my workflow, but the sheer volume of courses available made it difficult to choose. This course stood out by providing high-quality, practical prompts that have already made my work significantly more effective and efficient.” - Dorina Sim, Assistant Vice President

“As someone who values efficiency, structure and achieving key objectives, I found the tools shared here to be exactly what we need to simplify complex workflows. It’s not just about the tech; it will enable me to do better for our clients and lead my consultants. The lesson which teach me how to generate roleplay from AI will definitely help me sharpen coaching and enable a higher level of thinking progress. Mastery of these tools will also reclaim time, this is the way forward. Really appreciate the high value & zero fluff.” - Eric Cheah, Financial
