Leadership Resilience and Relationships: EQ & Positive Psychology at Work
Emotional intelligence (EQ) and positive psychology are no longer just “nice-to-have” skills—they are essential for building strong relationships, fostering personal resilience, and creating a thriving workplace culture. Objective
By the end of this one-day workshop, participants will be able to:
