Over the past 12 years, Adrian has played a vital role in enhancing leadership and organizational effectiveness through training, facilitation, and coaching. He has partnered with renowned organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline, Marsh (Singapore), and UOB, helping leaders and teams develop the skills necessary to navigate challenges, adapt to change, and drive meaningful transformation within their workplaces.
Adrian has personally coached over 100 leaders, utilizing 360-degree feedback assessments to help them gain deeper insights into their leadership styles, communication effectiveness, and decision-making approaches. His extensive coaching portfolio includes engagements with Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College, Marsh (Singapore), Thye Hua Kwan, Tiong Aik Corp, and Prudential, where he has supported leaders in strengthening team collaboration, fostering innovation, and achieving sustainable professional growth.
His coaching journey began in 2004 when he became one of the first Army Officers to complete a rigorous year-long coaching certification program. This milestone ignited his passion for effective communication as a powerful tool for resolving conflicts, building high-performing teams, and achieving excellence in leadership.
