    Module 2 – Emotional Intelligence for Coaching & Difficult Conversations

    • Understand the role of EQ in policing leadership, especially under pressure
    • Identify blind spots and triggers using True Colors Personality Profiling
    • Adapt communication styles to different officer personalities
    • Coaching Skills Lab:
      • Using the GROW Model for performance, behavioural guidance, and on-the-ground coaching
      • Real-case role plays based on common SPF supervisory scenarios

    Module 3 – Acknowledge Through Constructive Feedback & Recognition

    • How to deliver constructive, not corrective, feedback
    • Framework: “SBI+R” – Situation, Behaviour, Impact + Recommendation

    • Micro-recognition strategies to support day-to-day wellbeing


    Module 4 – Develop Your Officers Through Coaching, Skills Transfer & Delegation

    • Identify strengths using the Will–Skill Matrix and map officers accordingly
    • Develop officers through guided exposure, structured on-the-job learning, and targeted opportunities

    • Strategies to stretch team members while ensuring operational safety


    Module 5 – Expectations Management & Navigating Stakeholder Relationships

    Module 6 – Review, Recognise Progress & Strengthen Wellbeing
