"The greatest victory is that which requires no battle" — Sun Tzu

Those who are successful negotiators and mediators or team-builders know that a positive approach is crucial for harmonizing any inter-personal relationship. Although Sun Tzu’s Art of War has often been misread as a book about fighting battle after battle, only a few astute persons have caught on to Sun Tzu who had written: "Fighting to win a hundred victories in a hundred battles is not the supreme strategy. It is better to win without fighting." Come, discover how you can win without fighting to bond with your team, family and business associates.

Master Khoo Kheng-Hor has written 40 books, most of which are centered on applying The Art of War in the contemporary world. Each participant will receive a copy of his published " Sun Tzu's Art of War for Winning " personally presented by Mr. Khoo, complete with his autograph — a meaningful keepsake filled with timeless wisdom to inspire both your work and life.

    Objective
To equip participants with Sun Tzu-inspired strategies to foster collaboration, enhance your inter-personal skills, resolve conflicts, and lead teams effectively without confrontation—building trust, aligning purpose, and creating a unified, high-performing team.

    Khoo Kheng-Hor's Profile
Khoo Kheng-Hor 'hung up his sword' in 1999 when he was 43 years old, to quit the corporate world for a carefree life in the mountain, with his wife, Judy, and Bandit (a Yorkshire terrier).
