This 2-day hands-on workshop equips public officers with practical AI tools to improve policy research, streamline operations, enhance citizen engagement, and deliver services faster while upholding public sector values of integrity, security, and inclusivity.

    Participants are required to bring an internet-enabled laptop for hands-on exercises with AI tools, as the application is web-based. It is advisable for participants to have a Google account. No prior AI knowledge is required to attend this course. No software installation necessary Thank you.
