Building High-Performance Teams: The Art of Talent Attraction
No matter how outstanding our personal abilities are, we need a team that can collaborate efficiently and produce results. The Generals never fight on their own abilities, nor simply rely on a group of people. More importantly, we need to learn how to bring everyone together and strive forward for our common goals.
Successful leaders know that team building is not an overnight task and requires appropriate actions based on the actual stages of team development. At the same time, the state of the team is also a dynamic process, which requires long lasting tolerance and enthusiasm. Further, leaders shall exert leadership skills, face problems directly, be brave in challenges, and finally win the recognition from team members and the organization.
Ms Sophie will conduct this training in bilingual format - primarily in Chinese, with English support.
