    Effective Business Negotiation Skills
    We have all been involved in situations that required us to negotiate at work. Most of us feel uncomfortable in such situations because it involves some degree of disagreement or conflict.

    This negotiation skills training programme will help participants understand effective negotiation and influencing skills, techniques and strategies. It will equip participants with the practical tools and techniques required to become more confident and skillful in negotiating better outcomes.

    Participants will actively participate in a number of development exercises aimed at honing their existing and newly acquired negotiation skills, effectively increasing their proficiency as a skilled negotiator at work.

    Effective Business Negotiation Skills is the course for you if you deal with difficult negotiators or if you’re already involved in challenging or complex negotiations, where you may need to focus your skills and style with flexibility.
    Methodology
    This training programme uses short presentations, role-plays and team activities to provide participants with the confidence to negotiate better. They will also engage in negotiation simulations and case studies throughout the workshop to entrench the behaviours and skills advocated.

    Dr. Wee holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Teesside University (UK) and a Master of Science in Training from the University of Leicester (UK). He is ACTA-certified (IAL), a Certified Associate of the Institute of Human Resource Professionals, a Certified People Developer Consultant (PSB), and has been a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK) for nearly three decades.
