    Adeline Tiah is a seasoned leadership and team coach with more than 25 years of corporate experience across leading organisations in telecommunications (M1), banking and financial services (HSBC, UOB, Standard Chartered), and the startup ecosystem. Having spent decades observing what strengthens or limits leaders and teams, she now dedicates her work to developing future-ready leaders who can build high-performing, psychologically safe teams.

    After leaving her senior corporate roles in 2022, Adeline expanded her coaching practice—work she began professionally in 2018—to focus on helping leaders thrive amid uncertainty. She is passionate about creating meaningful impact and empowering people to reinvent themselves for the future of work.
