Adeline Tiah is a seasoned leadership and team coach with more than 25 years of corporate experience across leading organisations in telecommunications (M1), banking and financial services (HSBC, UOB, Standard Chartered), and the startup ecosystem. Having spent decades observing what strengthens or limits leaders and teams, she now dedicates her work to developing future-ready leaders who can build high-performing, psychologically safe teams.
After leaving her senior corporate roles in 2022, Adeline expanded her coaching practice—work she began professionally in 2018—to focus on helping leaders thrive amid uncertainty. She is passionate about creating meaningful impact and empowering people to reinvent themselves for the future of work. Her thought leadership has led to her being recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice (Future of Work & Leadership), featured on Money FM, CNA Radio, and in TODAY.
Adeline is also an author of two books:

Beyond her coaching practice, Adeline serves as a Board Member and Mentor with MentorsHub, advises tech startups, and teaches as an Adjunct Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
She has coached over 500 senior leaders and executives, many of whom continue to refer clients to her. Her programs integrate evidence-based frameworks, coaching tools, and experiential learning.
