    Driving Positive Change: A Practical Approach to Change Management
    The world is constantly evolving, technology is innovating at break-neck speed, organizations are keeping up for relevancy. Change is inevitable but a complex process. So how do we drive positive change successfully? This course will equips participants with the mindset, models, and practical methods to lead and support change effectively within organization. Using real-world case studies and experiential tools, participants will explore why change efforts often falter and how to avoid common pitfalls through a structured and people-centric approach.

    Through gaining insights on Change Curve Management Model and a guided experiential walkthrough for successful execution of Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, the definitive model for effecting change, participants will learn to anticipate resistance, foster urgency, build coalitions, and sustain momentum for transformation. The course also introduces practical tools for stakeholder mapping and influencing decision-making, empowering leaders to champion positive, sustainable change aligned with organizational priorities and employee needs.
