    Communicate To Influence Using NLP
    In today’s global and competitive world, the only constant is change. Individuals who are adaptable, can better cope with the variety of uncertainties in the future. However, often this alone is not sufficient, one also needs to develop the ability to effectively build strong relationships with others, both inside and outside the organization.

    Communicate to Influence is a key competency often associated with top performers, both in managerial and leadership roles. Learning how to increase our ability to impact and influence others can make a big difference to our career success.

    NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), is a valuable tools and skills which enables individuals to build rapport and create a positive impression. Started in 1970s, NLP has since benefitted many in the understanding of how we can connect and become an effective communicator that 'INFLUENCE'.

    Module 2: The Power of Observation – Sensory Acuity
    • What is Sensory Acuity and why it matters in communication
    • Learning to observe micro-behaviors: facial expressions, tone, gestures
    • Reading non-verbal signals for congruence or resistance
    • Calibrating and adjusting based on observed feedback
    • Activity: “Detective” exercise – Practicing observation in pairs

    Module 3: Building Lasting Relationships with NLP
    • The psychology of trust: What makes us connect with others?
    • Understanding the unconscious mind’s role in building rapport
    • Identifying communication preferences (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic)
