    This course provides an intensive, practical framework for mastering Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI), a style developed by industrial psychologists in the 1970s. CBI asserts that the most accurate predictor of future performance is a candidate's past performance in a similar situation. Currently utilized by most organizations , this program moves beyond traditional interview techniques to enhance talent management by focusing on essential questioning frameworks, advanced observation skills, and behavioral analysis.
