I attended an Executive Workshop by Adrian, on how to write a good resume and producing a positive impression on the interviewers. It was certainly an eye opener for me, especially on what I had not been doing correctly in the past. Much knowledge was shared, corrected and refined during the workshop between Adrian and the participants. The workshop was conducted in a way, which encouraged participants to be actively involved and questions answered with the use of scenarios. Adrian was also readily available for one-to-one conversation to discuss topics that were specific to individual needs. In addition, Adrian was extremely supportive in giving in-depth post workshop advice on resume refinements and interviewing skills. I sent my resume to a major head hunting company and within 2 minutes, found myself talking to the relevant head hunter.
I believe anyone who has gone through his workshop, would have benefitted tremendously from the shared experience and knowledge Adrian has accumulated throughout his years as a counsellor, coach and human resource practitioner.
