    Unbreakable: Strategies for Mental Wellness and Emotional Strength
    In today's fast-paced and ever-changing world, maintaining emotional wellness is more crucial than ever. Recent studies have shown a significant increase in the number of people experiencing mental health issues. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the global prevalence of anxiety and depression increased by 25% in the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic alone. Additionally, a 2022 report by the American Psychological Association (APA) found that stress levels among Americans are at an all-time high, with 84% of adults reporting feeling stressed at least once in the past month.

    This one-day interactive workshop is designed to empower participants with the practical tools and techniques necessary to navigate the complexities of life and work with emotional intelligence and resilience. The workshop addresses the growing mental wellness challenges by providing practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions. Participants will learn how to harness the power of breath control, practice cognitive reframing, and build resilience to sustain mental wellness in both personal and professional spheres.

    Module 2: Building Emotional Resilience

    • Circle of Concern and Influence framework


    Module 3 : Emotional Triggers and Response Management
    • Understanding Emotional Triggers: The emotional trigger loop.
    • Identifying Personal Triggers: Techniques to recognize triggers.
    • Brain Response to Triggers: Role of the prefrontal cortex and amygdala.
    • Amygdala Hijack: Symptoms and prevention strategies.

    Module 4 : Leveraging Positive Thoughts and Cognitive Reframing

    Angie last corporate role was with Neuroleadership Group as the Director of Coach Certification. She was heading the coaching division for the organization in Asia as well as leading a team of sales staff globally. In 2012, she decided to leave the corporate world to focus full time training and coaching.

    With her strong background in sales, marketing, business and personal development, Angie‘s passion is to support professionals to succeed at their own terms and achieve breakthrough in their personal and professional life.  Her mission in life is to facilitate and help others to gain insight into their true potential, to expand their awareness of who they could become as a person to live a purposeful, happy and successful life.

    As a coach, Angie is known to be supportive and intuitive, one who stretch and challenge her coaching clients in their breakthrough As a trainer and facilitator, Angie is known to be engaging, inspiring and create lots of fun in the learning process.
