    • Identify common workplace stressors (workload, deadlines, role ambiguity, conflict, change) and recognize early warning signs of stress and burnout.
    • Understand the impact of stress on performance, relationships, and overall mental health.

    Module 2 : T Practical Stress-Management Strategies
    • Introduce immediate, workplace-friendly stress reduction techniques.
    • Time management and prioritization tools to reduce overwhelm.

    Module 3 : Emotional Intelligence for Stronger Workplace Relationships
    • Understand the core components of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills).

    Module 4 : Positive Mindset & Resilience Building
