So how do we drive positive change successfully? This course will equips participants with the mindset, models, and practical methods to lead and support change effectively within organization. Through gaining insights on Change Curve Management Model and a guided experiential walkthrough for successful execution of Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model, the definitive model for effecting change, participants will learn to anticipate resistance, foster urgency, build coalitions, and sustain momentum for transformation. The course also introduces practical tools for stakeholder mapping and influencing decision-making, empowering leaders to champion positive, sustainable change aligned with organizational priorities and employee needs.
