Sophie has 15 years of experience in organization and learning development in top Fortune 500 companies across various industries. Since 2018, she has been expatriated by Shell to lead organization and learning development in Southeast Asia, covering markets in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, and has represented APAC joining various global leadership development and organization development and transformation projects. Sophie is proficient in English and Mandarin and can design and implement leadership programs and management courses bilingually. Sophie holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a master's degree in Business Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She has also completed an exchange program at the Lyon Business School in France.
