Rajamanickam Swaminathan

Mr. Rajamanickam Swaminathan is an experienced corporate trainer, educator, and technology leader with over 30 years of experience in business analytics, data visualization, big data, and cloud transformation across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and India.
He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Business Analytics, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau, and delivering courses on Design Thinking. He has also lectured at institutions such as NTU and SIM on topics including Big Data, Data Storytelling, and Data Strategy.
Previously, Mr. Swaminathan held senior leadership roles including Director, Education Services (Asia Pacific & Japan) at DELL EMC, and Regional Manager, Education Services (APAC & MEA) at MicroStrategy Singapore, overseeing professional learning initiatives across regions.
A Senior Member and founding member of the Business Analytics Chapter at the Singapore Computer Society (SCS), he actively mentors professionals under national upskilling programs and contributes to industry publications. He co-authored the book “Transform or Perish” (2021) and contributed to the “AI Ethics and Governance – Book of Knowledge” (Version 2.0).
